Getting started

What is LIFE?

LIFE is a Christian growth platform for spiritual and personal development. It brings guided journeys, practical courses, reflection and opportunities to connect into one experience.

Who can join, and which edition will I use?

Registration is for ages 13 and over. Your age at registration selects Junior (13–16), Youth (17–24), or Advanced (25+). If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission. Published programs are filtered for your edition.

Where should I begin?

Create an account and choose a starting interest. If the team has published suitable starting questions, you can answer them for guidance. Otherwise, LIFE suggests an available published program. You can also explore the program library and choose a journey yourself.

Is LIFE free?

Creating an account is free. Each program shows its access and price before you begin. You can currently enroll in published free programs; paid enrollment is not available yet.

Your learning

What is the difference between a journey and a course?

A journey is organized into days and activities, helping you build a regular rhythm. A course is organized into subjects, lessons and quizzes so you can explore a topic in more depth. Available content depends on what the LIFE team has published.

Do I have to finish a day all at once?

No. Complete activities at your own pace and return to your current step. Required activities must be completed before the day can be marked complete and the next day opens.

Where can I see my progress?

Open My LIFE in the app to see your programs and saved progress. Completed activities, days and course results are linked to your account. The LIFE team can view learning progress in the portal to support your journey.

Why are some programs or activities not available?

Only published programs for your edition appear. Some steps unlock in sequence after you complete earlier work. New content, events and coach time slots appear when the team publishes them.

Can I join groups or book a conversation?

Explore Connect for published opportunities. Program-linked groups require enrollment in that program. Where free events or coach slots are available, you can book and find the booking in your upcoming appointments.

Is the feelings check-in a mental health assessment?

No. Check-ins are reflection prompts to help you notice and describe how you feel. They do not diagnose a condition or replace professional care.

Account & privacy

Is my discovery journal private?

Journal text is not displayed in portal progress reports. Sharing with an assigned coach is a separate choice. Authorized website administrators can technically access stored data; the Privacy & your account page explains the current implementation.

I forgot my password. What can I do?

Use Request a reset on the Sign in page. If the reset email does not arrive, contact [email protected] for help. Never send your password by email.

Can I use my account on another device?

Yes. Sign in with the same email and password to access the progress saved to your account. Remember to sign out when using a shared device.

How do I correct my details or request account deletion?

Contact [email protected] with your request. The team may need to confirm account ownership before handling it. See Privacy & your account for what information is stored.

Will I receive an email to verify my account?

Automatic email ownership verification is not enabled in the current release. You can sign in after creating an account. Please enter an email address you own and can access.
